The round in two lines
Biggest margin: Sydney Roosters by 36. The Roosters put Cronulla away early and never let the margin close at Allianz Stadium.
Closest finish, and the round's upset: Newcastle Knights by 2 — the Knights travelled to Eden Park as the away side and beat the home-hosting Warriors anyway, the tightest game of the finals so far.
Sydney Roosters and Newcastle Knights now join Penrith Panthers and Dolphins in the Preliminary Finals. Running a finals competition with your mates? A TippingMates ladder updates itself off results like these automatically, every round.
